In 2016, I co-founded Arena, an organization that has helped professionalize Democratic political campaigns in a number of ways:

• Arena Academy became the largest training school for Democratic staffers, with 7500+ graduates and counting. 72% of campaigns staffed by our graduates won their elections.

• Arena Toolbox has offered free digital tools for campaigns and has been used by over 77,000 staff and candidates.

• Arena Careers has become to the go community for prospective staffers and campaigns to find each other.

Arena has also helped build the campaign teams that won Democratic majorities in the U.S. House of Representatives and New York State Senate in 2018, the Virginia House of Delegates in 2019, the White House in 2020, and the Pennsylvania State House and Michigan State Senate in 2022.
